Who doesn't love a spicy pulled pork sandwich? Tender moist ribs? Melt in your mouth brisket? Moist
tender hickory smoked turkeys? I know I do! About ten years ago, I got tired and fed up with paying outlandish
prices for subpar at best barbecue and decided to try to make my own. Well let me tell you, I was not very successful in the
beginning. I had several bad cooks and a horrible finished product. That's when I really began to appreciate BBQ
for more than just the taste. I realized making "good" BBQ is an art, it takes patience and alot of time.
On this site, I'm going share my experiences of past cooks and offer any advice I can to beginners. Hopefully I
will be able to help the up and coming Q'er have better first cooks than I had in the beginning. When you are finish
